How do I request an international ticket?

Just fill out a simple form with your details and destination, and we’ll reply via WhatsApp or email with the available options.

Is it mandatory to pay at the time of application?

No. You can pay immediately if you’re ready, or wait for us to confirm availability. In either case, we’ll send you a secure payment link.

What happens if there are no tickets available for my route or date?

We’ll notify you immediately and offer alternative dates or routes. If you’ve already paid and the new option doesn’t suit you, we’ll refund your money.

In which countries do they operate domestic flights?

We offer domestic tickets within the United States, Mexico, and Brazil, on popular routes such as Miami–New York, Mexico City–Cancun, or São Paulo–Rio.

Is it cheaper than buying them directly online?

Is it safe to pay on their site?

Through these gateways, we generate a completely secure link for you to make your payment, without ever storing your bank information, as this data is exclusively private and sensitive. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) through secure payment links as mentioned before. In some cases, we can also offer payment via direct bank transfer, provided it is possible and at the discretion of the agent assisting you, who will determine the most effective payment method in coordination with you. We always give you several options so you can choose the most convenient one when making your reservation.

Can I pay in installments or only in full?

We generally provide personalized service to our clients, listening to their preferences and needs so we can manage their request as quickly as possible. We present them with the proposals we believe best suit their requirements through our communication channels. They review the one they like best, and our team then issues a pre-reservation in their name. The client has 24 hours to make the payment, which our team validates, and then sends them the official tickets. (It’s worth noting that all our tickets are verifiable for their validity on the official websites of the airlines used in their itinerary or at their sales offices worldwide.)

What happens if I’ve already paid and there’s no availability?

Generally, if the customer made their payment correctly and the reserved availability runs out, we proceed to present the closest proposal to the one the customer had chosen. If the customer does not agree, we proceed, in strict compliance with our terms and conditions, to issue a 100% refund of the amount paid to an account provided by the customer. Please note that this option would be subject to whether the payment was made within the 24 hours established in our terms and conditions.
